Direct Services at Your Location

• 30-minute direct teach + 5-10-minute parent review: $45
• 45-minute direct teach + 5-10-minute parent review: $65
  Note: If your location is not an option, alternate locations can be discussed.

Parent Meeting Services

1. Paperwork Review & Prep: $50/hour
   • Minimum of 1 hour; billed in 20-minute increments at $20 thereafter.
2. Parent Meeting via Zoom: $65/hour
   • Minimum of 1 hour; billed in 20-minute increments at $20 thereafter.

Service Details

• Session Breakdown:
  Each session includes either 30 or 45 minutes of direct teaching with the child (or child and parent for parent training), followed by a 5–10 minute parent review to address questions and provide a recap.

Cancellation Policy

• Last-Minute Cancellations:
  • You are allowed two last-minute cancellations per year (fall through summer) without penalty.
  • Beyond two cancellations, a $35 cancellation fee applies if the cancellation is made less than 2 hours before the session.
  • Failing to cancel at least 2 hours prior or being unavailable at your appointment time will result in owing the full session payment.

Payment Policy

• Payment is due at the conclusion of each session.
• A late fee of $5/day (beginning at midnight) applies for overdue payments unless prior arrangements are made.
